We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, including Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure), Cloudflare (edge and DNS), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Vertex AI (AI extraction). 5. Data Security
We describe the controls the product actually enforces on our Security page. In summary:
- API traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS.
- Data stored in Google Cloud is encrypted at rest using Google Cloud’s default encryption.
- Workspaces are isolated in PostgreSQL using row-level security.
- Sensitive stored credentials are additionally encrypted at the application layer using Google Cloud KMS.
6. Data Retention
We retain workspace content according to the retention window for your plan (see Pricing). You can export or permanently delete your workspace data at any time using our export and deletion endpoints.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your data.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Portability: request your data in a portable format.
- Objection: object to certain processing.
